Service Level

Archive retrieval requests made between 3.00pm and 8.30am will be processed and delivered within 3 hours. This service is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Fort Knox After Hours contact is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

After Hours Delivery Procedure

  • After Hours order is received by the emergency contact for your account
  • Order is processed to a delivery inventory sheet
  • Archives are retrieved from their storage locations and scanned into a warehouse holding area
  • A second scan confirms the items before they are loaded into a Fort Knox Shuttle Van for transport
  • A Fort Knox team member delivers the archives to your office within the specified 3 hour timeframe
  • Archives are transported to the nominated area within your office
  • Each archive is scanned again to ensure all your requested archives have been delivered
  • Your authorised employee signs our electronic scanner as receipt of delivery, and receives a copy of the delivery inventory, with both the driver's and their own signatures.
