An additional password and user ID is required to access the Fort Knox Records Management database.

Our database, and your privacy, is protected by restricting the levels of user access. For example, a courier team member cannot access the same database information or perform functions that the office manager can.
All scanners used in the warehouse and in the courier process are user and password protected. This not only restricts unauthorised use, but also allows every box movement to be tracked, down to exact details including the users that handle it.
Web access to our server is through a Virtual Private Network and is protected by the highest Symantec Anti Virus and Firewall software available. This is updated daily to protect your use of our system, and places us are at the forefront of any software and virus changes.
