Standard Delivery Procedure & Service Level
Service Level
Delivery requests received between 8.30am and 10.00am on a standard business day will be processed and delivered before 5.00pm that same day. If a standard delivery request is received after 10.00am, archives will be delivered within 24 hours of the request being made.
Delivery Procedure
- Your records retrieval order is received by our online ordering system
- The order is processed to a delivery inventory sheet
- Archives are retrieved from their storage locations and scanned into a warehouse holding area
- A second scan confirms the items before they are loaded into a Fort Knox Shuttle Van for transport
- A Fort Knox team member delivers the archives to your office
- Archives are transported to the nominated area within your office
- Each archive is scanned again to ensure all your requested archives have been delivered
- Your authorised employee signs our electronic scanner as receipt of delivery, and receives a copy of the delivery inventory signed by our driver and the employee.
