The record management online solution follows 4 basic steps:
- Your National Account Manager orders barcodes for new lodgements
- Fort Knox delivers the barcodes
- Fort Knox works with you to start up an account and develop an online template. Templates are designed to capture your required data under your new records management policy. It can be filled in online when records or archives are created.
- Your authorised employees arrange for archive pickup. Fort Knox representatives pick up the new archives and scan them into our database. Once the Fort Knox representative physically scans the barcode into our warehouse, the status of the new archive changes from 'pending' to 'lodged'. This is all tracked by our online web-based solution.
