Reports Search results can be instantly printed to a local printer. No requesting or waiting for reports to be delivered.

Customisable Data Entry Every customer’s data is unique, so users can create their own data entry forms. This gives users greater control and consistent data entry. Multiple screen choices also allow for varying needs.

Input Masks Input masks ensure data is entered correctly. For example, alpha-numeric references such as "AA9999" can be enforced by the system.

Shopping Cart The shopping cart allows users to stage items as pending. This provides greater control and visibility of items being processed.

Order Items As well as ordering items from Fort Knox, users can also create the work order. No human intervention, no re-keying. Work orders are created 'live' on our database.

Request a Pickup Users simply place items in the shopping cart and create a pickup work order.

Order Services or Supplies Empty cartons or other supplies can now be requested immediately via the Online Solution.

Check Order Status Users can view all orders progressing through the system. Has a work order being completed? Was it placed on hold? The answers are just a few mouse clicks away.
